Short & Sweet.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to talk about something that was too long for a status update, so I decided to write a short and sweet blog. I'm currently hovering around 179, and I decided to change my goal weight (for now, haha). I had it as 145 on here, but 150 in my mind, and realized I was really happy a few years ago at 160. So, for now, I decided to make my goal a bit smaller, and more attainable, by making it 160, focusing on losing inches and getting toned, and seeing how I feel once I get to 160. I feel good about this decision, and I know I'll feel even better about it when my Insanity DVDs arrive and I start losing those inches! :) Hope everyone is having a great day and week! :)

    That's really good that you're making your goal a bit higher that helps to make it more attainable and then when you get there, like Russell said, you'll be able to feel what feels best!

    This is a good idea. You can reassess when you get to 160, and see how you feel. Just make a lttle progress every month, and you will be fine. You are young, and not so far from goal.
