P90X2 week 2: day 6

Today is my second day of doing the balance and power workout. I like it! It has the right amount of challenge and the balance ball is fun until i get really frustrated with myself because i can't balance on it.
What Tony calls the last move, which really isn't the last move because we take a water break and then do 3 more moves, is the X Plank Spider Twist. Last week, the first time i tried to do this I kicked myself. It hurt and left a bruise. So i left a note for myself, which i totally ignored this time and ended up kicking myself again. Ugh! I need to slow down with this move and concentrate on what i'm doing. Once i did that, it was actually a lot easier to do and it didn't involve kicking myself.
This is the last official workout for the week since tomorrow is a rest day or I can do the rest and recovery dvd. I'm not sure what i'll do yet. These last two weeks have gone by really fast.
