My weight loss is at a standstill and I'm ready for a change. I want to start running, but I need it to warm up a bit. Even the 50's is too cold for me.

I find I can jog on the elliptical machine because it is easy on my knees. I can get a really good pace on it and go 2.5 miles in about 35 minutes. 2254 days ago

Don't worry...it'll be warmer soon. Running sounds amazing. I've had dreams of being able to do it, but it always seems so far out of reach. I'm going to start working my way up to it by building my cardio endurance while I'm stuck inside, and they when the weather is better, hopefully I can start some intervals.
