Back on Track

I've been gone for awhile and regained all the weight I had lost and a little more. I am trying to not diet this time and just work on changing habits. I hope to lose 30 lbs by summer so I can get back into some of my old clothes. I know keeping track of what you eat makes you more accountable. I am looking forward to success little steps at a time. Today was a great day I planned ahead and was even able to go out to eat with my mom at a fast food restauraunt without making bad choices. Very Happy Today.
