Back on Track

I've been gone for awhile and regained all the weight I had lost and a little more. I am trying to not diet this time and just work on changing habits. I hope to lose 30 lbs by summer so I can get back into some of my old clothes. I know keeping track of what you eat makes you more accountable. I am looking forward to success little steps at a time. Today was a great day I planned ahead and was even able to go out to eat with my mom at a fast food restauraunt without making bad choices. Very Happy Today.

    Congratulations on coming back! Way to go that is the hard part and you did it! Tracking makes ALL the difference as does planning ahead.
    I am so glad you came back! I will make you a spark friend and keep an eye on you if that would help, you let me know OK???
    I overall am on track but believe me it is a daily struggle, and mostly with my head, especially if I am bored. You can do it!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
