New Goal...New Take

So every time I set a weight related goal on a blog- IT NEVER HAPPENS! So going forward I'm just going to set goals not based on weight! I'm not going to take tackle all these goals at once- I'm going to start one at a time!!

So my new goals are:
-Take it one day at a time
-Don't deprive myself
-Create a routine
-Make better decisions
-Experiment with foods

So far- I have started getting in a habit of planning out my food choices- I'm creating a food journal and a routine of eating on schedule and planning out dinners for myself and family. This has helped us create a more balanced meal.

I have learned not to deprive myself because then I will just go overload and blow the entire day!

My next goal is to set and implement an exercising routine!

    Thanks for the comments! It is definitely true not to let your mind believe that you need to sacrifice foods. I have learned that if I want two helpings of mac and cheese- I will eat one serving at lunch and at dinner! I keep it pre-portioned which has helped!

    Sounds like a plan! But especially bear in mind the wisdom of not depriving will keep you going in the long run!
