3 Mile Walk

Well ive been using the walk away the pounds and have been doing the 2miles from the 5 mile fat burning dvd and as i was doing that just now i just walked right into the 3miles and even FINISHED the 3miles. I knew i was done with the 2 miles but just went right into the 3miles and didnt even really pay attention....i just DID IT AND FEEL GREAT!!! emoticon
