quiet Thursday for a change

Well I was intending to go to my usual Thursday night Taichi class and walk up One Tree Hill, but I've had a bit of an odd guts today, with frequent visits to the bathroom, so wasn't entirely convinced I'd make it through my walk and class without an accident! Besides, it feels like someone has scraped my insides out, so I've headed home after work instead.

I did manage to do the Shred it with weights workout this morning mostly using my new "big boy" 8kg kettle bell, plus my 28-day bootcamp workout with new 3kg weights, so haven't completely been a slug today! Boy were my arms trembling after my workouts! The "big boy" really made a difference. Here's hoping I notice a difference in weight loss and toning as well, can't imagine I won't!

Only 2 days to go before I head away on holiday. I'm a bit nervous I will lose some of my weights fitness as I won't be taking any kettle bells or dumbbells in my luggage! Will have to make do with canned goods . . . . . unless my friend has some weights I can use. Plenty of time for walking though which is great, plus I'll have a doggy friend to take on walks with me too!
