Day 8 "Help Me!"

Today's topic is about getting the right kind of help from the people around us.
i have to say, This is not a problem for me. i have people around me who are not judgemental and very understanding. I am also pretty good about letting them know what I need.

So, I am going to adopt yestderday's topic again today.
