Didn't realize it had been so long since I posted. Still doing WATP and still doing the treadmill. No change in my weight yet but I should see something soon. I have challenged myself to really watch my sodium intake. It is really causing me to retain fluid. If I can get rid of some of the water I might see an improved scale number as well. Got my fingers crossed!
