Time to eat up what's in the freezer!

Did not weigh myself today… no time… up and out the door early… at office for 7:30… but I can feel difference as at this weight I have more clothing at my access... hooray... Have a 1.5 inch burn on right thumb; over 2 weeks and still not healing; have decided to cover with bandaid. Trusting God and polysporn to do the rest!

2nd time in past week that someone didn’t recognize me from behind… thought it was someone younger... hope they weren’t disappointed!

Purposely did not bring in my “cookbook” (binder of my planned recipes for month) as lately I have been more focused on that and really should be paying more attention to my work/job.

Today’s lunch was new recipe: Tuna Tarragon Salad. Nice change to SB Tuna Salad.

Tonight’s dinner is meatloaf & salad; and after visit to Dad will make tomorrow’s dinner: Chicken & Broccoli Casserole. This dish is more for hubby than myself but it is a healthy dish in that calorie count is 276. Cooking double and will freeze enough for 3 more meals!

Really need to clean out my freezer! Totally forgot that I have a rain check for more chicken! Will make a point to revise my menu plan and cook “mustardy pot roast” this weekend.
