Weight loss Wednesday!

Well, my weight hadn't dropped as per usual after my period, which was reasonably irritating as I was starting to think I'd turned into the Michelin woman, . . . . . and was going to stay bloated, . . . . . . . . or puff up even more and float away into the heavens . . . . . . or alternatively sink to the bottom of the ocean coz I was a tad on the heavy side!

HOWEVER . . . . Yesterday I weighed 0.5kg less than Monday, then this morning I weighed 0.6kg less than yesterday! Waahey! Just like magic! Gone!

I was at the stage I was going to eat fruit, salad and yoghurt all week!

So I have eaten EXTREMELY healthily this week, my exercise has been good, even great today - kettleworx workout with new 8kg bell, 28-day bootcamp video with new 3kg dumbbells, and to top it all off a 50min walk after work! New weights were fun! We'll see if I'm sore tomorrow.

So, I've only got 4 days to lose another 0.5kg as really wanted to be under 70kg before going on holiday! Yeah right!

    Congrats! Similar story, I have eaten really crappy the last two days and prepared myself mentally this morning when I stepped on the scale....more weight loss and now I am only 5 lbs from my goal weight! Yeah! I have till Saturday morning when I really have to weigh and measure in...hope to see more progress then! Kudos to you as well girl! Keep up your hard work, it is paying off!

    Well done! Sounds like you are really going for it with the exercise, which is great. Have a good holiday, and fingers crossed for that last half kilo!!
