Weight loss Wednesday!

Well, my weight hadn't dropped as per usual after my period, which was reasonably irritating as I was starting to think I'd turned into the Michelin woman, . . . . . and was going to stay bloated, . . . . . . . . or puff up even more and float away into the heavens . . . . . . or alternatively sink to the bottom of the ocean coz I was a tad on the heavy side!
HOWEVER . . . . Yesterday I weighed 0.5kg less than Monday, then this morning I weighed 0.6kg less than yesterday! Waahey! Just like magic! Gone!
I was at the stage I was going to eat fruit, salad and yoghurt all week!
So I have eaten EXTREMELY healthily this week, my exercise has been good, even great today - kettleworx workout with new 8kg bell, 28-day bootcamp video with new 3kg dumbbells, and to top it all off a 50min walk after work! New weights were fun! We'll see if I'm sore tomorrow.
So, I've only got 4 days to lose another 0.5kg as really wanted to be under 70kg before going on holiday! Yeah right!
