1st Week

Well the 1st week was a little harder than i thought but yet not as bad. Was hoping for a better weigh in but im in the 'healthy' weekly loss so thats all that matters. But I'm definately working harder and learning more as each day goes! My first weigh in i was down 2.7 lbs emoticon
