Well in spite of feeling like crap yesterday, I still did my workout. I still have to do today's workout, but I am determent to do it.
I finally managed to at least get my study books out again. Now I want to continue with that for at least an hour before i do my workout. Tomorrow I want to get some cleaning done.
I'm not sure weather I should continue with Slim in Six. I've looked at the second video and I'm not so sure those exercises are as effective as they could be, since their all just with body weight. Thinking about continuing with Power 90, since they do use weights.
