Maybe quit dieting and just think of it as portion control and focus on making healthy choices. What you do today to become healthy should be something you can do next year and the year after, etc. Just try to retrain the way your mind sees your journey. Shake it up a bit and don't forget the importance of tracking. I know it's a vital part of my journey. Congrats on the upcoming wedding.
