New weights have arrived!

I've been using 1.5kg dumbbells and a 4kg (mostly) and a 2.5kg kettle bell (only for punches) for a while now and have decided I could be working harder.
So I bought a pair of 3kg dumbbells - I even tried them out and by doing 15 reps of a vertical press from shoulder height my arm was feeling fatigued (which is what Coach Nicole recommended), and an 8kg kettle bell! The bell does seem quite heavy, but I will only be using it for the 2-handed moves with swinging.
So I reckon both of these increases is a good way of making me work harder within the same workouts and exercise time frames.
We'll see eh?
