2012: Week 6 in Review; Week 7 SMART GOALS

WEEK 6 IN REVIEW


emoticon NUTRITION (daily): consume 1250-1600 calories, minimum 4 f/v

HAD TROUBLE IN NUTRITION DEPARTMENT, OVER CALORIES TWO DAYS, UNDER CALORIE RANGE ONE DAY, 33 SERVINGS OF F/V, ONLY SHORT ON F/V INTAKE ONE DAY.

emoticonEXERCISE (daily): FOUR SP Videos--2 toning 2 cardio, follow personal trainer's suggestions for easing back into walking and running, use pedometer to track steps and distance.

WAS UNABLE TO MOTIVATE MYSELF AND GET IN THE GROOVE WITH FITNESS VIDEOS THIS WEEK. DID VIDEOS ONE OR TWO DAYS. REALLY NEED TO MAKE THIS A PRIORITY IN WEEK 7.

emoticonMOTIVATION (daily): One Year Bible Reading and MUFHH Devotion.

GOAL MET!!!

emoticonSLEEP (daily): Get a minimum of six hours sleep (continuous) per night

GOAL MET, UPPING THE ANTE IN WEEK 7 TO 7 HOURS.

emoticon SPREAD THE SPARK (daily): Huddle with five teams, Participate in Just Do It Weekly Challenge and Florida Golf Challenge, Comment on two 1st Blogs, Connect with at least 5 Spark Friends.

GOAL MET, MADE At least one contact with all spark friends this week.

emoticonJUST FOR FUN (daily): Spend at least two hours either reading, watching a television show I enjoy, taking a nap, playing on Facebook, or spending Quality Time with a friend live and in the flesh!
