Some good news

Monday, February 13, 2012

So while my world is all topsy turvey right now I do have a bit of good news. I've lost 11 pounds! I had to have my husband double check our scale this morning because I thought I was seeing things but he confirmed it. So I've met my first goal & am excited to start working on the next 10 pounds. Like I was told, despite everything I have to just keep on keepin' on.

That's emoticon news. I know you can't forget about everything else, but concentrate on you. You don't have control over anything else, but you do have control over yourself. I know it is easier said than done but try to relax, there really isn't anything you can do.

emoticon Keep up the great work! I"m glad you've gotten some positive news in the midst of all the bad things. Maybe focusing on eating right and exercising will help take your mind off of everything else. You're going to do this, I have NO doubt!
