Feeling exhausted after a workout but it's a good feeling of exhaustion. Stress free and spent. I'm noticing an increase in my endurance every day which is a good indicator that I'm pushing myself and doing something right. I just have to be careful not to overtrain and burn out. But I do like to get in at least 90 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. It doesn't have to be cardio and strength training, it can also be yoga and pilates.
I need to work on my sleep and I have to stop eating so late in the evenings. I think I figured out a way to kill that annoying habit. Drink lots of water and keep a bottle of water beside my bed when I go to sleep. I'm addicted to Coke Light so no more of that in the evenings. Damn that's going to be difficult.
