Day 1 of P90X woooo AKA Noddle Arms...

OMG... I can not lift my arms. My daughter played in the gym next to me and was amused by my moaning and groaning in pain, and then had enough just before the abs started. Put her in the swing and she passed out for her nap. I continued my ab workout, and about died... I had to use my legs to get up off the floor when I was done, my arms are like wet noodles!!! Feel the burn, now lets hope I can still life my kids!!! LOL

DAY 1 COMPLETE!!!! WOOOO See you tomorrow

    Great job! It's a good idea to have a protein/recovery drink after your workout within 30-60 minutes. It really helps with soreness!

    Keep up the good work, I have the dvd's (notice the words have) I started with stretching one (yoga), cause i know if i didn't i would be in pain, and even that one had me sweating, I am going to get back with the series, but when i saw your post, i wanted to let you know, that you are doing great, don't let up, drink water.
