Well ive been dieting/working out for a week now. itll be 7 days tomorrow. i do the dreadful thing of getting on the scale tomorrow morning.im hoping to see SOME kind of change,i know it wont be as good as im hoping it to be but i guess any change is good.i guess the hardest thing ive found this past week to be is drinking water..i hate water..oh and cutting back on my Mt Dew. altho ive done better than i thought id do. ive only had 3 cans a day this past week..except today which i am now only on my 2nd..well id better get to bed as all the kids are in bed and asleep..including the youngest,which doesnt like to sleep so id better head off to bed while hes sleeping so i can get up in the morning and get on that scale! emoticon
