Eating Away the Pounds

So today I printed the Spark Diet for this week, went to the grocery store, spent way too much money, forgot a few items, but have followed the plan religiously. I am getting my water in, and because I hadnt worked out in 3 days, I did one hour of cardio this morning. I must say, I feel great and I have so much energy. I can't sit still longer than a few minutes and I'm off to do something else. I know food and exercise together is the key to losing weight, and while I work out regularly, I am continually gaining weight.... so today I've started eating the pounds away.

I am preparing dinner now, and will move on to prpare my lunch and snacks for tomorrow. I am so hopeful that this will get me back on track.

    You get an "A" for everything you are doing right. No doubt you will have a successful week with all the planning ahead you are doing. Keep up with the exercise and eating healthy and your energy level will just keep on improving and then everything just snowballs!!! It's great!!!
