VEGGIE DIP FOR KIDS

Any veggie you like can be dipped.

DEVIL DIP:

3 hard cooked eggs mashed
2 tbsp. salad dressing
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Blend together.

    Sorry hon too high in dairy a known problem for children and adults alike. Robs our bodies of calcium from our bones and has a known carcinogen: casseine. Nope, not healthy for humans at all.
