Goals For the Week!

Goal 1, work hard though all my workouts this week...
Goal 2, add 2 new workouts this week
Goal 3, add a new healthy food to my diet
Goal 4, Preschedule my workouts by making a chart
Goal 5, Preplan meals
Goal 6, Drop 1 pound!
