Lazy start to Sunday . .

. . . but finished strong!
Sunday mornings are the only morning of the week I have no commitments. No work, no tai chi class, so I get to take it easy. Had a nice sleep in, made a cuppa tea and took it back to bed to drink while reading my book. Made a nice smoothie for late breakfast then continued reading my book on the sofa. The cats enjoyed it as much as I did!
Got a bit of a surprise when a friend rang asking did I want to go for a walk and I noticed it had somehow become 1pm! Snuck in a bit of lunch, and shot over to her place. She walks a lot slower than I'd like, but it was vey pleasant walking around Auckland Domain for about an hour. Catching up for a chat, walk and cuppa tea is always a good thing.
Decided the day really had been a bit easy and I'd missed out on my 28-day bootcamp video yesterday so caught up on day 6&7 routines when I got home, and have just finished it all off with a nice energetic Kettleworx fast fat burn workout! man than workout makes me sweat and thats only level 1! Cant wait to try the others!
So the lazy start to the day finished off just fine. Plus the lazy start is a good way to de-stress! And not only have I given myself exercises goals, but de-stressing is also part of the plan. So a good day!
Didn't exactly get the vacuuming done, or the washing folded, but hey, there's the rest of the week for that, and it is Sunday! Hope yours finishes up as good as mine!
