Rough day. Didn't eat b'fast - got up too late. Had lunch at Burger King. Came home and didn't make great choices either. Went over calories. Frustrated with myself because I am afraid I won't lose ANY this week.....
Remember you aren't living for the scale, you are living for yourself so you have to plan for your days and take one day at a time. Tomorrow doesn't have to be a repeat of today..... just plan and track and plan and track and plan some more. It will become a habit if you commit yourself to one meal at a time. If you have to have fast foods, then research their nutrition choices online and make your choices ahead of time. That way you will avoid the dreaded sticker shock. Commit and focus. You can do this.....it's something every one of us struggles with and strives for every day of our journey. It's all about choices. 2471 days ago
