Day 5 video done for my 28 days boot camp! I did find the leg raises for the internal leg muscles hard, but not as hard as the bridge on one leg whilst lowering the other to the floor! Couldn't do it! Had to rest my sorry butt on the mat!
Also did my kettleworx resistance week 3 workout this morning which was good. Didn't get to do a walk yesterday or Wednesday as had other commitments straight after work which is a bit of a shame. However the other commitments involved good times with friends, so were just as good for my stress levels as a good hearty stomp around the basin! And speaking of which, stress levels good thus wekek, although good do with an early night tonight.
I ordered some 3kg dumbbells yesterday and an 8kg kettle bell. Very excited as I think my others are not always heavy enough. It will be good to be able to mix it up a bit.
Haven't lost any weight for a few weeks, even though I changed my exercise routines 3 weeks ago. I have had a few weekends off due to being away which has interrupted the exercise and the healthy eating slightly. I really still want to be under 70kg when I go to Auz, but don't know if I will achieve it. On the up side i feel good, strong and better toned, just not lighter. Might do some measuring this weekend as I am half way through my 6 week kettleworx program. We'll see how that looks.
