Not my usual weigh day, but for some reason I stepped on it.... I had gained 1 lb. I am trying not to be discouraged because I am technically 'not counting it'.

I brought my lunch to work. I fixed chili last night and even used NSA tomatoes and NSA tomato sauce. Tasted pretty good. My crackers had enough salt for me so I think my taste buds are changing a bit.

Cold outside and the temps are gonna drop overnight and the weekend - more like February is supposed to feel. I am on vacation as soon as I get off work until Feb 27th!! I don't have specific plans and I am not going anywhere, but just need a break from work. So... even though I felt like I have tracked the food really well since the beginning I haven't got into the mode of exercise everyday. I hope to fix that with this time off!

    I think it's wise not to worry about the 1lb. There are so many different factors that could have caused it that it's not worth fretting over. Just stay on track with eating well and you'll be fine.
    I know it can be hard to commit to exercising with so many other things going on in life. I find that I feel so much more energized and am in a better mood if I commit to exercising everyday. Even if you just get your heart rate up for 10 minutes a day it's better than nothing and will help you keep a positive attitude as you strive to reach your goals!
