can be very frustrating. Last Thursday I weighed 57.5 kg, but that was after not eating for a day due to a migraine. This morning I was back up to 59 kg. I did a quick check of my waist last Thursday, and it was down to 72 cm. from 74 cm. the last time I checked. Next Sunday I want to take official measurements to see what they are doing. Considering I have been doing lots of squats and lunges and that I have been taking a protein shake with dextrose after my workout I'm just hoping it's muscle I've gained and not fat.
'Start it up' from Slim in 6 is still kicking m butt, but I feel m form on the lunges has been getting better. I have also been doing the squats without the arm movement so I can concentrate on the form of the squats more. Thinking about getting my (almost) full length mirror out next time, so I can see what I'm doing a bit better. At the moment I'm just using a window for that and I can't quite see it all.
