I made a nice 2 egg omelette with swiss cheese, salami, spinach, tomato, mushrooms and topped with green salsa.
It was delicious, but, I had entered the nutritional breakdown here before I ate it and was feeling a bit guilty that it was over 500 calories. Only 5 g carbs though.....still.
Then my husband came in and was looking at my half eaten omelette with those eyes. I said, "do you want the other half of my omelette?". he said no, he would go out and get something (he does not cook at all!). I said he should eat the other half and I would make another omelette to split. So, I passed off the rest of my omelette, went and made a second omelette and by the time I was done cooking that, I wasn't hungry for omelette anymore!!! so dh ate the other one too.

And, VOILA, my calories were cut in half!! Carbs only went down by 1 though emoticon
