I'm back! I've been back to the gym full force. My friend and I did her workout from her personal trainer on saturday and on Monday my husband and I went to work out and I did the same workout. It felt GREAT! Today I did my RIPPED Express class followed by Zumba and I feel like I'm even stronger than I was before I got sick. It didn't take me long to bounce back at all. I'm so proud! The best part is during the 30 mins of RIPPED I was actually looking at myself and thought Hmmmmm, my thighs don't look as big. I actually have pretty good looking legs. They are still big but they are looking different. But I figured it was my eye's playing tricks on me. My Girlfriend I work out with was behind me in class and is usually next to me but she was like ok... I wasn't checking you out but from behind your looking smaller. I had to laugh. They weight isn't melting off as fast as I'd like but if my body is changing that's the most important. And if I noticed a change from the front and she noticed it from behind...It must be true right?!?!?! YAHOO!!!! emoticon

    That's an awesome feeling! I love when others see the changes I think I've noticed. It's so gratifying and a push to keep up all of the work. You're doing great. Keep it up!
