Well, I have been busy and I have not been on Sparks for the whole month. I have been working long hours and trying to get some rest when off. I had today off so I am stopping by to check on everyone and spend a little time here. I have been trying to eat well while working. I am eating more little meals as I have to eat in between clients. I really do not have a half hour or more to sit and eat. I am eating lots of fruit this way. I have walnuts for a quick snack. Hubby cooked a pork butt and made pulled pork. I made some small rolls that are really about three bites. This way I have small pulled pork on the rolls for quick meal. I have managed to resist all the fast food that everyone else is bringing into the office. I have not had any chips, etc. I keep plenty of water at the office. Bananas are easy to keep and eat on the small breaks. I have presliced apples and I peeled and sections several tanagrines so that I can just open the container and take a few out. Hubby is off tomorrow and he told me he was going to bake a small ham so that he could slice it for my little rolls along with some cheese for the rest of my week.

Miss Coco has settled in to the fact that I am working and away from home. She gets really excited when I come in. She runs and jumps up for me to pick her up and give her a hug. When I first started working this season she was giving me the little butt routine when I would get home. I told her the other day, it would only be a couple of more months and I would be back with her most of the time.

I pack a lunch and snacks every night when I get home for the next day. That way I am not tempted to eat something I don't really want and don't need. The ham sounds like a great idea, easy to slice for whatever size sandwich you want. I am glad Coco is adjusting!!!!! She is such a little Sweetie!!!! Hope you enjoyed your day off!!!!!
