Down, but not in the right way

With my new and improved plan I have gained a pound.


Hello Discouragement! Fancy meeting you here. What's that? You want to set up camp and stay a bit? Why the heck not. You can hang out with the 2 lbs that I can't shake from my belly, thighs, and butt.


And I can't figure out my new MP3 player and it is driving me nuts. I hate exercising in silence. I hate feeling stupid over a tiny little electronic device that continues to work perfectly for my husband but I have yet to hear play even one song. I have had this thing since Christmas. AND I believe I have set some sort of record for number of trips to the bathroom in a single day due to the 150oz of water I have been imbibing daily. People at work are starting to talk.

Me, the stupid 2lbs, and Discouragement are can be found hanging out in Loser-ville...in silence...wishing we were smart enough to master that frickin' MP3 device...and visiting the bathroom about every 5 minutes.

    Hang in there! I know Disappointment and I know how frustrating it can be when your body isn't cooperating. 150 oz of water is a lot! Be careful not to strip your body of essential nutrients. They can get filtered out of your body with all that water your peeing.
