Tuesday evening and I'm watching my Biggest Loser! woohoo!! lol I am addicted to that show..although not liking this season to much. I know those weight loss numbers aren't reasonable so please not lectures on that :) I love watching how people change their lives and doing things they never thought were possible.

Anyway, Monday evening I did 50 minutes of water walking/jogging. Have counted calories monday and tuesday. No pop since Saturday at noon. Haven't gotten quite up to 8 classes of water, I don't think...I used an insulated cup and keep ice in it and don't take the time to measure the water I put in it. It's a 16 oz cup so figure it I have about 8oz after the ice so am up to about 6 cups of water.

Heard from the dr on my blood work and it showed that I am in menopause or pre-menopause or whatever you want to call it. Which explains all some of my issues and I didn't think that would bother me but combined with the fact that I turn 40 next month and for some reason it's bugging me some. Separately I'm fine with them so it's not a huge deal, just something I need to get past. Probably just a reminder that I'm getting old hehe I'm not suprised that the blood test showed that, I have felt that was the case for over a year now but dr's didn't think that could be the case b/c I am so young. My mom passed 10 years ago so don't know when she went through it but seem to recall her also going through it young.

Just to vent..I have lost 14lbs and my work pants are fitting as tight if not tighter then they did before! arrgg!!! Logically I imagine it's partly because of all the water I've been drinking lately, my body probably hasn't adjusted, plus menopause might be causing part of it. Right now I'm not discouraged about it or too worried about it but if I lose another 10lbs and then they are still tight that'll be a different story!! haha

    I went through 'the big m' earlier than 'normal' too. I wonder if being overweight has something to do with it? Like they say it effects everything about us. But I was probably about 45 which everyone thought was too early. Still...I didn't mind as I was past child bearing at that point.
    I do think you can lose and have things be tighter. It could be fluid but it could also be just your body getting firmer in some places and less so in others. You will find you don't exactly lose the way you'd choose all the time...I'm much older but I think I sort of 'broke' my body in a way after all the years of it is just healing as best it can. I figure I owe it that much! :)
    Congrats on your loss and getting in the water! Oh and on the no pop thing!
