20-40 Garlic Chicken in the crock pot

3 to 4 pounds of chicken (I used 3 leg/thigh quarters)
20-40 cloves of garlic
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
1 TBs paprika
1 tbs olive oil
1-2 onions sliced
Place sliced onions in the bottom of the crock pot. In a large bowl toss all the other ingredients together then place on top of onions. No other liquid needed. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. The longer it gets the more tender it is.
I think it needed a little more salt.
I served with greenbeans and stuffing.
