Week 2 of P90X :-)

Tuesday, February 07, 2012

I thought I would share how I am doing with P90X. I meant to start last week, but kept on forgetting or got tangled up with something else. So far I am loving it! After the first workout I was hooked! You get this incredible high after each one. That is something I have never felt after a workout. I would just be tired. With P90X I feel exhilarated and tired at the same's AMAZING!

The only things I am really struggling with is eating enough food but I know within time that will come to me. Also, Yoga X is not my My best friend has been doing P90X for a while and I remember her always complaining about Yoga X. I would just laugh at her and say I would probably love it cause I love yoga...well I don't like Yoga X. Needless to say Thursday is my favorite day but I understand why yoga is so important in this program. It'll keep me limber and help me understand my body and what it needs.

All in all I am soooo happy I bought P90X, it has been well worth the money I spent. I cannot see myself getting bored with the program because Tony Horton is a hoot! I find myself laughing during every workout cause he's so goofy! It's nice working out to something that is challenging and entertaining at the same time!! :-)

At the bottom of this entry I posted a Progress photo. This is obviously my before picture. I plan on taking a photo at the end of each week. I know the first month I probably won't see any noticeable changes, but I like taking photo's to keep myself accountable and motivated! :-)

Keep Pushing Play everyone! :-)

Enjoyed reading this, I agreed with a lot of what you said too :)
I thought I'd like the Yoga, but boy is it harder than I expected and not as relaxing lol.
It's great that you are liking this program. Keep pressing play and good luck with your journey!
