Today...I worked my butt off doing "The Biggest Loser At Home Challenge"
...yeah...where the hell did my fitness level/stamina go? Are you out there in space or something?
I'm sooooo disappointed in myself. I was once able to do these ohhh so simple workouts in this video without thinking "mannn I feel like I'm going to die...this is killing me...I'm so out of shape."

Just feel like crying...why did I give up on me? emoticon

    Dont beat yourself up TOO much--exercise is very weird. I can spend 30 minutes on the treadmill-15% incline at 4 mph for 30 minutes everyday, yet get winded going up a flight of stairs. And running? forget it!!
    The good news is that any progress lost, is quickly regained. I love your comment though//" Why did I give up on me" Every day we have to make a commitment to US. If ppl think we are self-centered..when we say "no, I cant do that, I have to go to the gym" then who cares. THIS IS OUR TIME!

    CONGRATULATIONS for working your butt off today! You took the first step toward regaining the stamina you once had. I bet the next time you do the same workout, it will be easier...then easier and easier. Every day is a new opportunity to feel better and get healthy.
