Today...I worked my butt off doing "The Biggest Loser At Home Challenge"
...yeah...where the hell did my fitness level/stamina go? Are you out there in space or something?
I'm sooooo disappointed in myself. I was once able to do these ohhh so simple workouts in this video without thinking "mannn I feel like I'm going to die...this is killing me...I'm so out of shape."
Just feel like crying...why did I give up on me?
