Can't run, can't hide

Well I had a double up morning today as I was a way for 3 days and was unable to do my 28 day bootcamp workouts. So today I caught up on day 6&7 which were my Sat/Sun. Tomorrow I'll catch up on Mon/Tues, then Wed I'll be able to do my Wed+Bonus workouts! Easy!

Did manage to do a bit of walking while I was away, but the weather was rubbish so we mostly stayed indoors and played scrabble and drank cups of tea! I did say no to chocolate cake and ate fruit instead (only had one piece of cake all weekend)! Hooray for will power . . . . . . well mostly! However, I was at everyone else's mercy for meals and it was hard keeping on track for 3 days.

So I feel like a bit a blimp today, didn't even get up the courage to weigh myself this morning! Enjoyed my walk after work except I appear to have worn a whole on the inside heel of my right shoe, and it started to rub. So I guess its new shoes for this chick!

I think the thing about writing a blog here almost every day is that it's kind of like going to a weight watchers meeting. It makes me accountable for my actions. I can't run (a little bad knee humour!) and I can't hide!

    Hi friend, try 321 cake, my friend gave this to me. In a large ziplock bag mix one box of angel food cake mix with one box of cake mix of your choice, mix together well. Then take a mug and add 3 Tbsp of cake mix, 2 Tbsp of water and microwave for 1 minute. Easy~AND portion control!
