Shooting for a Spark Streak!

Ok this is a little game I am playing this week. I am going to try to stay at the low end of my food on Spark + get in 3 days of exercise. Will this happen, please stay tuned...

I have 2 months until I see the inlaws and at Christmas (last time I saw them) I weighed my heaviest at 170 lbs. I am still hanging around that but am shooting to lose 16 lbs by the time I see them again which is a healthy goal (2 lbs per week) and will put me back at 154 lbs. Plus we may be going to a beach and I look alot better at 154 than 170. So I am starting plus this is great motivation to see how much I can lose and stick with it and to feel amazing!

Tonight I will be doing 20-30 minutes of Zumba and then maybe head to the gym on Weds...wonder if every other day would work then maybe in between my husband and I could walk the dogs for 20-30 minutes. This is a start!

I'm excited...let the challenge begin.

Plus one sister-in-law is losing weight and that just makes me want to lose! (secretly I am in a competition with her but I won't see her probably for another year since they live so far away).

Let's get motivated! :) emoticon
