emoticonSMART Goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely emoticon

emoticon NUTRITION (daily): consume 1250-1600 calories, minimum 4 f/v

emoticonEXERCISE (daily): FOUR SP Videos--2 toning 2 cardio, follow personal trainer's suggestions for easing back into walking and running, use pedometer to track steps and distance.

emoticonMOTIVATION (daily): One Year Bible Reading and MUFHH Devotion.

emoticonSLEEP (daily): Get a minimum of six hours sleep (continuous) per night

emoticon SPREAD THE SPARK (daily): Huddle with five teams, Participate in Just Do It Weekly Challenge and Florida Golf Challenge, Comment on two 1st Blogs, Connect with at least 5 Spark Friends.

emoticonJUST FOR FUN (daily): Spend at least two hours either reading, watching a television show I enjoy, taking a nap, playing on Facebook, or spending Quality Time with a friend live and in the flesh!

    I like those goals; we usually have more than 5 fruit and veggies a day and either walk or do Lesley Sansone Walk It Out, Zumba, Biggest Loser, Bob Harper or Jillian work our or Sparks depending on how many calories we need to burn. As for devotions some days i don't spend hardly any time with God cause other things get in the way.
    And sleep has been elusive of late cause of pain in my back or arms at night. I am behind on our weekly women's bible study from our church right now.
