Workout schedule...woohoo

That woohoo in the title is not sarcastic, I am truly excited to get back into a regular workout schedule! I've been swimming again for the past couple of weeks and I am going to add in some of my favorites; running, spin, yoga and pilates. Here it is...

Monday - 60 min swim emoticon
Tuesday- 30 min run emoticon, 60 min pilates emoticon
Wednesday- 60 min spin emoticon, 60 min swim emoticon
Thursday- 30 min run emoticon
Friday- 60 min spin emoticon, 30 min swim emoticon
Saturday- 30 min run emoticon, 60 min yoga emoticon

I would like to add in more yoga where I can. I always feel so much better after yoga, it's an amazing feeling. The relaxation and flexibility is awesome.

On side note, I am going to get back to tracking my food as well. I know that it really helps me stay on track. Can't wait to reach my goals!
