2012: Week 5 in Review

NUTRITION: Still participating in a church fast, thus, the goal is to consume 1250-1400 calories per day emoticon, eat a minimum of 3 f/v emoticon and consume at least 8 cups of water per day emoticon.

FITNESS: I continue to be restricted on the amount of time I can be on my feet. I want my ankle to be back at 100% sooner rather than later. This week I plan to do the Spark Chair Cardio Exercise Video 5 days(M-F) and the Arm Toning Video 3 days (m/w/f). To increase cardio I plan to do the chair video 2x on Tu & TH, when not doing the arm video! emoticon

MOTIVATION: I plan to continue the One Year Bible reading and MUFHH daily devotions and attend the mid-week church service to motivate me for success. I am also planning at least 20 minutes of "Me-time" per day. emoticon

SPREAD THE SPARK: Huddle with all my teams at least 3x this week; comment on average of 3 blogs per day, post average of 5 messages per day! emoticon

Complete Week Three of January Jump Start Challenge this week. Also completed second week of staying off my feet for the most part (well, until the weekend rolled around!).

Spoke with personal trainer today...got new sneakers so that I could "ease into" walking/running this week. Have instructions to Elevate and Ice after walking "whether I feel like I need it or not!!!" Noticed the extreme difference in wear between my left and right shoe today...could be that it has been a significant contribution to foot ailment. Will communicate with trainer tomorrow for walking schedule ...I'm sure she has a definition of "easing into" walking and running that would benefit me more than my own definition!
