After church this morning I ate leftovers and took a nap. I got my 30 min of workout done and enjoyed a book this afternoon. It is a GREAT day!

    I haven't tried the aqua aerobics class. I don't really have anything like that close by with my work schedule. You are doing a great job with everything. Congrats on the 15 lb weight loss. It is really encouraging to see others losing weight too! We all need it to be healthier - no doubt there.

    Hi Connie! Good to see you blogging. Sounds like you are doing great, losing some inches!!! I have not measured since the first time only doing that once a month. Think it is due this week, but I have lost 15lbs sofar. Did some cheating last nite tho for the super bowl... back on track today. Went to aqua aerobics this morn. Have you tried any of those classes? I really enjoy them, and have a great workout too. Much more enjoyable than just treadmilling it. Have a great week keep up the good work. Teckla
