Where did January go??
Here's an A - Z questionnaire I got from another Sparker.

D. Dog - none - it's been years, but I have two cats currently

some of the modern wailing.

P. Phobias - heights, spiders

Now on to my goals for the week which were --
At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week. Didn't do well although I did get in about an hour of floor scrubbing (hands and knees type) in one week.
Core work at least three times this week. Not good, 1 or 2 times
64 oz of water a day. Done
Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty. Managed 3 days out of 5.
Cut down on the diet soda. Did fairly well at work, but did go out one night and had a couple beers, a couple waters and a couple Diet Cokes.
Continue the clutter clearing. Didn't do well, although I don't think I lost ground.
Next week ---
Pretty much the same

I hope everyone that is interested is enjoying the Super Bowl and the ads. My tv is getting audio, but the video is frozen with a view of what looks like a reflecting pool. No problem, I'm not interested, but my son is a Patriots fan, so he is upstairs streaming it on his laptop.
