Where did January go??

Here's an A - Z questionnaire I got from another Sparker.

Here I go!

A. Age - Over 60... young at heart!

B. Books - Knitting, craft, mysteries.

C. Chore - any, the name is appropriate -- I especially don't do windows...

D. Dog - none - it's been years, but I have two cats currently

E. Essentials - family, food, shelter, wheels

F. Favorite color - hard to pick - blue or purple or red or...

G. Games - Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, sudoku, whist

H. Hometown- N E Montana

I. Indulgences - Chocolate

J. Job - bookkeeper

K. Kids - 2 sons

L. Living arrangements - 80 year old farmhouse --- in a small town

M. Music - 60's. big band, classic, most anything, but not too impressed with
some of the modern wailing.

N. Number of siblings - 2 sisters, 1 brother

O. Oranges or apples - Apples, but prefer fresh sweet cherries

P. Phobias - heights, spiders

Q. Quote - Baby steps. Leaping in wears you out. Then you quit. ~Indygirl

R. Reason to Smile - life

S. Season - They all have their charms and drawbacks, but overall, spring for all the promise it brings.

T. Tattoos - None

U. Unknown fact about me - I am not aware of one, it's unknown, right??

V. Veggie - broccoli

W. Worst habit - repeating myself

Y. Yummy food I like to eat - prime rib

Now on to my goals for the week which were --

At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week. Didn't do well although I did get in about an hour of floor scrubbing (hands and knees type) in one week.

Core work at least three times this week. Not good, 1 or 2 times

64 oz of water a day. Done

Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty. Managed 3 days out of 5.

Cut down on the diet soda. Did fairly well at work, but did go out one night and had a couple beers, a couple waters and a couple Diet Cokes.

Continue the clutter clearing. Didn't do well, although I don't think I lost ground.


Next week ---

Pretty much the same

64 oz of water a day.

Continue the clutter clearing.


I hope everyone that is interested is enjoying the Super Bowl and the ads. My tv is getting audio, but the video is frozen with a view of what looks like a reflecting pool. No problem, I'm not interested, but my son is a Patriots fan, so he is upstairs streaming it on his laptop.
