It's a New Day!

Since last month was a disappointment to me, I decided to make this month a rewarding one. So I made up a goal chart for my weight and listed little rewards I would like every 2-5 lbs to keep me motivated. Things like bowling with my husband, taking the girls skating, setting aside $ for a new smaller size outfit, new workout shoes and so on. I also made myself a "house of bricks" and daily goals like 3 fruits and 3 vegetables, 6 cups of water and 15 min or more of exercise. I can fill in several "bricks" each day and when my "house" is built I will get my hair re-styled. (I got it cut but I'm not happy with it)

It is working for me, I have lost nearly 4 lbs!! And I feel good about this! As long as I can stay focused I will be good. Having fun things to look forward too is a big help. So is having Spark people to track food and exercise, work on spark streaks and read other's posts. I LOVE IT!
