Well, I had a good day! My best friend and fellow SP pal came to my house last night and since we started doing SP one month ago we decided to 'get a plan'. We set goals, make posters with motivational pictures and made plans for those 'big losses'. We don't have the exact same weight loss goal, but we started basically the same time and have lost the same amount. I made a healthy meal and we had a smoothie for dessert. It was funny because usually we have junk food, candy and watch movies instead of exercising on the WII. It was great!
