Another fitness goal reached

To my surprise I hit another one of my fitness goals. Two years ago I came out of rehab weighing the least amount I had in years, and I'm back there today. i'm surprised because allthough I went for an excellent run I had 3 bowls of cereal and a chocolet bar for supper before I went skating. I got cold and tired, that seems to be the time I blow my diet. I guess it was just enough food to boost my metabolisim. I'm very happy about this! Now I need to celebrate myself. I m going to where a pair of pants to work that I've never been able to fit in but can now. I'm going to have a long hot shower with lots of nice smelling stuff, and i'm going to have a nice dinner with the family. Since I'll be at work today I will have time to design a meal plan as well which is always a load off. I think it will be a good day. I slept through the night with no nightmares, and it's not that cold outside so I can take clients for a walk. I might even run to the store to see if they have wii zumba that was recomended. Or have a Just Dance marathone with my boys. There's a lot of possibilites, I wish getting a hair cut was one of them but it doesn't seem to be in the cards....yet, maybe at my next goal.
