I'm thinking about changing up my exercise routine. I'm not really sure how yet. I would like to keep my miles walked goal for the month, but also add in a day of something not walk related. I was thinking Kenpo from P90X since I really enjoy doing it. I also need to throw in some strength, but I don't know how often I should do it. Then I need to factor in days off. It all seems so confusing.
