I'm thinking about changing up my exercise routine. I'm not really sure how yet. I would like to keep my miles walked goal for the month, but also add in a day of something not walk related. I was thinking Kenpo from P90X since I really enjoy doing it. I also need to throw in some strength, but I don't know how often I should do it. Then I need to factor in days off. It all seems so confusing.

    Ideally, you could do ST every other day. Think about what you would like to strengthen or tone most and try to alternate upper, lower and core if possible. There are loads of ST videos you can check out or you can do a search through the library on here. If you don't have dumbbells, you can use water bottles or soup cans, etc. Some ST videos also double as cardio, which is a bonus. emoticon
