MY gawd....
I really truly worked today. Worked it.....
As you can see in my photos. Im sweating. I have a new goal and it is to do every rep of that insane pure cardio without stopping.
I can see a shift in me. I went out this morning to buy the kids some new school shirts and drop one child to the movies with his friend and one to his girlfriend. I was in town and all I wanted to do was do something physical. All I can think about is doing things to change my body. I am feeling fat still that is because I am but I do think Im changing I just want to keep that going. Last night we went out to dinner as LUke's parents were flying out to New Zealand today so they ordered chinese. I ended up eating a plate of boiled rice and had a small amount of chicken and I tried to get the peices that weren't in sauce.
She said you are being good Ezz why don't you have a little more. I said NO thanks Im ok. I don't want to sabotage what I have acheived this week. Im doing so well and on my way to looking amazing. I like the insanity Dvds as the girls have the kind of body I aspire to have. Athletic and toned and defined. Love....

So week one is done.
I am excited and have learned. I eat better when working out. I have less cravings for sweets and unhealthy food. I also am very good if I am organised. So I will be using sundays as my batch cooking day as I was on track all week because everything was there ready for me.
I have measured myself as well as weighed so I will post results of that on MOnday....
