Every Moment...

Friday, February 03, 2012

Every moment is like a battle. My flesh wants to lay here and rot and my brain comes up with thousands of excuses why not to exercise. Something shook the shat out of me yesterday. Do you know what the number one sign you've had a heart attack is ? "Death" plain and simple.

I am 6ft 10 and about 470+ right now. I don't know any 36 year olds that can say that. I want to see 40 (save that this is 2012 end of the world stuff)

Everything is a mini hurtle. I had grilled bird for lunch, going to make wheat pasta for dinner and a light marinara. Not the best choice though at the moment with no cash and no food stamps, you make the best of what you've got and like that crappy rap songs says "WALK IT OUT".

Hope everyone is well, miss yall. - X

Well, X, from the looks of your ticker, you started somewhere around 520 and now your somewhere around 470, so that's really good. Don't be discouraged; you're doing it, even if it is hard and your mind doesn't want to cooperate. Keep jumping those mini hurdles!

Even if those moments are hard and horrible.... you are right to think that it would be worse to never have ANY moments at all... because death will be the result of giving in.

    So dont x

    Hey my friend :)
We all have that "Moment" that changes us forever.... that makes us WANT to be healthy.
YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN CHANGE YOU! Again we are all here to support u! But we can not change the number on the scale for u.

PS. those sound like lovely meals. Just remember its good in MODERATION! Measure it out etc.
There are lots of hurdles in our life, we are the ones that have to jump, leap, or rent a jet pack and fly over the dang things . But it can be done!

    Miss u too!
