MS update. Meat = Constipation

It's confirmed, for me anyway. Animal tissue brings on constipation.
My husband's been away this week, so I've gotten a lot of writing done, but have neglected cooking. Which means I've been having a lot of Thai take out with my son. I pick out all the chicken, but surely some has slipped in. Also, there is the odd bits of squid and the occasional shrimp I've had. And then there is a little bit of egg here and there. Holy Doodle but I have gotten constipated this last week! He's coming home today so I'll go back to cooking, and being more vigilant.
On the up side, I have been getting back to the gym everyday, building up my endurance and re-starting my weight training. My back always hurts, if left unattended, so I start with back extensions, then add in abs, then upper body, then squats.
The shot system is going well.
The megavitamins continues to be a help.
Getting ready to do battle with my lackadaisical neurologist.
Will book an appointment today with a naturopath today to see what they have to say. I'll let you know.
